Hello, I am Marc De Kinders and together with my wife Pascale I have three children. In 1975 I graduated as a chemist and immediately had a job in one of the Antwerp chemical giants. The monotony of the job rekindled an old love, namely horticulture. In 1990, I bought a piece of land but it took another 10 years before I could build a greenhouse, due to permits. After spray carnations, chrysanthemums and bedding plants, I ventured to grow vegetables. Corn salad, rocket salad and courgettes were the order of the day. In 2008 I met Filip Debersaques and Maarten Meys. They had started with kiwi berries from Profruco Vrasene. A new passion was born. Bon appetit!
