Hello everyone! I am Jef Ryvers and would like to introduce myself. From childhood I grew up on a farm. From the age of 15 I started to grow strawberries in open ground and this in combination with some dairy cows. I still do both branches today. Together with my wife Tine I managed to turn our passion into our job. Besides the 270 dairy cows, which we take care of day in and day out, we grow strawberries on 35 hectares in full ground from the beginning of May until the end of September. Luckily we do not do this alone... We have 3 (wonderful) children Jan, Toon and Mien who regularly lend a hand and seasonal workers who help with planting and harvesting the strawberries.
