Hello, my name is Ludo and together with my wife Marianne I have been growing strawberries for Coöperatie Hoogstraten since 1992. We do this both in Belgium and in the Netherlands. I also work together with my brother, but he is mainly busy with the tree nursery. Marianne and I, on the other hand, are specialized in the protected cultivation of strawberries, which gives us more control over the climate of the plants, so we can better control the taste and quality of the strawberry. This is also necessary to meet the strict but important quality requirements of Coöperatie Hoogstraten. After all, these ensure that everyone can always enjoy the tastiest Hoogstraten Strawberries.
