Melt the white and dark chocolate separately in the microwave. Do this in short steps. First, melt on full power for 30 seconds. Stir the chocolate. Melt again for 30 seconds on full power. Stir again. Repeat until the chocolate is soft.
This way you prevent the chocolate from burning.
Pour the melted chocolate each separately into a pan and place over low heat. Keep at a temperature of 29°C.
Dip the strawberries in the white chocolate. Place them on a baking mat and let the chocolate harden.
Spoon the melted dark chocolate into a piping bag. Spritz this chocolate over the strawberries.

Tip:

The decoration is up to you. In the picture we dipped the strawberries in freeze-dried strawberries after spritzing them with chocolate. For the kids, you can use sprinkles, for example.
