6cl sunflower oil

For the cream

200g butter

200g powdered sugar

200g mascarpone

2 tbsp strawberry jam

12 cupcake tins

Roadmap

Fittings

Heat the oven to 170°C.
Mix the milk, egg, granulated sugar, baking powder and flour and finally add the sunflower oil.
Fill the molds and bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven.

Cream

Beat the butter lightly with the powdered sugar.
Gradually add the mascarpone and finally the jam.
Put this mixture in a piping bag and pipe a generous tuft on each cupcake.
Finish with a strawberry cut in half.
