10 cl water

280g granulated sugar

2 apples

1 jar of preserved cherries in juice of 400g

1 bottle of cava or prosecco sparkling wine

for the syrup

1l of water

250g granulated sugar

3 stalks of lemongrass

Juice of 3 limes

2 tbsp strawberry jam

Roadmap

For the coulis:
Mix 750g strawberries, 10cl water and 30g granulated sugar until you get a nice flowing sauce.

For the syrup:
Mix the water and granulated sugar. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Add the lemongrass stalks, lime juice and strawberry jam.
Stir well, remove the pan from the heat and let infuse for 20 minutes.
Finally, allow the syrup to cool

For the bowl:
Cut the apples and strawberries into pieces.
Mix the syrup and coulis in the bowl.
Add all the fruit.
Pour the cava or prosecco of your choice into the bowl. You can also spoon some fruit into glasses and top them with sparkling wine.
