Fill the glasses with the ice.

Mocktail:

Pour the strawberry puree, syrups, lime juice and sparkling water into a shaker.
Shake vigorously so that all ingredients are well blended.
Fill the glasses with the shake.
Finish with a sprig of licorice cress and some mint, a strawberry cut in half and possibly an edible flower such as hot lips, a variety of salvia.
