Preheat the oven to 175°. Beat the eggs with the cottage cheese. Crumble the feta over the egg mixture. Season with chopped basil and all the dry herbs. Cut the miss perfect tomatoes into 2 and cut the bell peppers into small cubes. Add these to the egg mixture. Next, fry the bacon crispy. Add these to the egg mixture as well and stir well.
Place the puff pastry in a baking pan. Trim the edges if necessary. Bake the puff pastry for about 10 min. Then pour the egg mixture into the baking pan. Bake the quiche in the oven for about 40 min until done. Cut into squares and store in the refrigerator for lunch one of these days.
