Add the melted butter to the mixture, along with the lukewarm milk. Mix for a few more minutes until you get a smooth mixture.
Add the flour gradually with a sieve. Mix everything so that you get a nice batter.
Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes.
In the meantime, you can already preheat the waffle iron.
Before you bake the waffles, it is best to grease the waffle iron with some butter.
Now it's time to bake. For quantity, take a sauce ladle and scoop 1 spoonful of batter into the waffle iron. Let bake for about 4-6 minutes, depending on your waffle iron.
Serve the waffles with the kiwi berries, (skyr,honey and blackcurrant).
