Whip the cream. Mix under the cream cheese and condensed milk.
Stir in the rest of the blueberries and pour out into a bowl.
Gently stir in the syrup with a spoon.
Let chill for 4 hours, covered, in the freezer.
Crumble the biscuits.
Scoop a scoop into a bowl and add the crumbled cookies.
Finish with mint.
