8 fresh lasagna sheets
8 tablespoons fresh cheese (Philadelphia type)
1kg of grain mustard
1kg of honey
As many different fresh green herbs as possible (chives, oregano, dill, basil, cilantro, mint...)
Fresh thyme and rosemary
Olive oil
A few drops of chili oil

Roadmap

  • Cut the Miss Perfect Délice tomatoes into four. Place half of the tomatoes on baking paper, and drizzle with some olive oil and chopped rosemary, thyme, and sea salt in the preheated oven at 150 degrees for three quarters of an hour. You keep the other half aside.
  • Using a ring, cut circles from fresh lasagna sheets.
  • Immerse these discs briefly in boiling water until al dente and plunge in cold water. Keep aside and pat dry on a clean towel.
  • Finely chop all the fresh herbs, and mix with the honey and grain mustard under the herb cheese
  • At the bottom of your plate, place a slice of fresh al dente pasta, spoon a spoonful of the herb cheese mixture on top. Place another disk of pasta on top of that.
  • Mix the tomatoes from the oven (after they have cooled) with the fresh tomatoes and some olive oil, pepper, salt, and some hot chili oil to taste.
  • Put the lukewarm tomato mixture on top of the garden herb lasagna.
