2 tbsp cocoa powder

125g of sugar

1tl vanilla extract

pinch of salt

400g raspberries

the mascarpone cream

250g macarpone

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

1dl cream

Roadmap

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Melt the chocolate with the butter. Stir well to make a smooth mixture. Season to taste with a pinch of salt and vanilla extract.
Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the cocoa and mix into the chocolate mixture.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the mixture.
Once you have everything mixed together, butter a baking pan and pour in the mixture.
Bake for about 45min until done. The cake will still be a little soft and creamy inside.
Beat the mascarpone with the cream and a bag of vanilla sugar until smooth. Coat the cake with a layer of this macarpone cream.
Finally, spread the raspberries over the cake.
