Mix the minced lamb with the minced garlic, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
Form small sausages or balls and put them in the refrigerator for a while to become firmer.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and briefly fry the garlic.
Add the tomatoes and let them soften.
Season with turmeric, cumin and paprika.
Add the bulgur, stir to coat and pour in the broth.
Cook over low heat until the bulgur has absorbed all the liquid.
Heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry the lamb köfte all around until golden brown and cooked for about 6-8 minutes.
Spoon the tomato bulgur on a plate and top with the lamb köfte.
Top with a spoonful of Greek yogurt.
Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts, chopped pistachios and fresh herbs.
Serve warm and enjoy!
