1 egg

4 tbsp breadcrumbs

2 tbsp flour

300g pearl couscous

8 seedless mini peppers

200g Petite Délice tomatoes

100g Feta cheese

100g pomegranate seeds

For the spices

A few sprigs of fresh mint

1/2tl cinnamon

1/2tl paprika

1/2tl cumin

1tl dried oregano

1tl chicken seasoning

2 tbsp harissa (puree)

Roadmap

Mix the egg and breadcrumbs under the chicken mince.
Season with cinnamon, chicken seasoning, paprika, cumin and dried oregano.
Also season additionally with pepper ien salt.
Make balls of the chicken mince and then roll them through the flour.

Fry the meatballs in a pan with a dash of olive oil.
When they are cooked set them aside.

Meanwhile, cook the pearl couscous.

Slice the mini peppers and cut the tomatoes in half.
Sauté these in a dash of olive oil and season with the same spices you used for the chicken balls.
Stir the stewed vegetables and harissa into the pearl couscous.
Then crumble the feta over the pearl couscous and finish with fresh mint and pomegranate seeds.

Divide both the pearl couscous and the chicken balls among the plates.
