½ clove of garlic

20 flat leaf parsley leaves

4 tbsp olive oil

Deep-fry the small tortillas for about 3 minutes at 180 degrees.
Take them out of the oil and let them drain on a piece of kitchen roll.
Mix the chopped garlic and cumin into the Greek yoghurt.
Season with pepper and salt.
Chop the parsley and mix it with the olive oil.
Cut the tomato into thin slices.
Spread the tostada with the yoghurt, place the tomato on top and finish with the parsley oil.
Finally, season with pepper and sea salt.
