1 egg

1 clove of garlic

Pinch of sea salt

Pinch of chili flakes

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

Roadmap

Blanch the tomatoes, skin them and chop them finely.
Chop the garlic and mix with the tomatoes, sea salt, chili flakes and oregano.
Whip up the egg and set aside.
Cut shapes in the puff pastry with a cookie cutter. If you don't have cut-out molds, you can also use a glass.
We used a medium circular cutter to make our moon-shaped bites, but you can use any shape you like and let your creativity run wild!
Spoon a tsp of tomatoes onto the puff pastry molds.
Brush the sides with a little water to make the dough stick together well.
Fold over and press well to make the dough stick together.
Fold over and press down well to make sure the dough doesn't open in the oven.
Brush with the egg yolk and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 °C.
Serve warm.

Tip: These appetizers can be made in advance. Place them side by side on a baking sheet with enough space between bites, cover with cling film and refrigerate. When ready to bake, brush with egg yolk and bake as normal.
