1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp granulated sugar

2 eggs, beaten

25 g melted butter

300 ml milk

Extra butter (for frying)

For finishing

150 g blueberries

100 g raspberries

Mix the flour with the baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl or using a food processor.
Now add the melted butter and the beaten eggs.
Then add the milk and beat to a light batter.
Bake the pancakes with a diameter of about 8 to 10 cm in a pan with some butter. Once the bubbles open and the dough becomes drier, you can continue baking the other side for another half minute.
Bake all the pancakes like this, serve with the blueberries, some raspberries and honey.
