100 g raspberries

100 g blueberries

100 g strawberries

100 g dark chocolate

250 g ricotta

1/2 dl cream

80 g sugar

180 ml full yogurt

200 g granola

2 tbsp honey

For finishing

2 tbsp chopped coriander

Roadmap

Warm the chocolate with the cream and sugar, then let cool completely.
Spoon the cooled mixture under the ricotta.
Stir the honey into the yogurt.
Slice the strawberries.
Divide the strawberry, raspberry and blueberry slices among 4 glasses and spoon some granola on top. Spread the chocolate ricotta on top and finish with a layer of yogurt.
Finish with additional fruit and the cilantro.
