Peel the apples.
Cut the strawberries and apples into cubes.
Heat the strawberries and apples in a saucepan with a knob of butter. Melt the vanilla sugar and the sugar in the pan.
Divide the warm fruit over the puff pastry sheets.
Fold them up and press the edges with a fork.
Brush the flaps with a beaten egg and finish with the almond flakes.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
