175 g dark chocolate

75 g salted butter

5 eggs

150 g sieved flour

2 tsp baking powder

200 g sugar

4 tbsp powdered sugar

1.5 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp salt

Extra: baking tin (18 x 30cm)

Roadmap

On low heat, melt the butter with the chocolate and vanilla extract while stirring.
Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl and add the sugar and 4 eggs. Beat until creamy.
Stir in the flour and baking powder.
Beat the mascarpone with the remaining egg and powdered sugar until creamy.
Pour half of the chocolate batter into a greased baking pan.
Spread the mascarpone on top and push the strawberries in lightly.
Spread the rest of the chocolate batter over the strawberries.
Bake the cake for about 50 min in the oven at 175°C.
Allow to cool and serve.
