Beat the cream together with 1 sachet of vanilla sugar and 1 tsp of icing sugar until it is as thick as yoghurt.
Cut the strawberries into 2 or 4.
Make layers in the dessert glasses: crumble the meringue, strawberry, whipped cream.
Finish with some strawberry-blueberry coulis.

For the coulis

Heat the fruit with the sugar and a dash of water in a saucepan.
Let it simmer for 10 minutes on a low heat.
Mix with the hand blender to a smooth coulis.
