80 g blueberries

Roadmap

Bring the milk and cream to the boil.
Add the sugar.
Cut open the vanilla pod and scrape out the beans. Put both the beans and the vanilla pod into the cream.
Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water for a few minutes. Squeeze them out and let them melt in the cream.
Stir regularly with a whisk so that everything is mixed well.
Pour the mixture into the glasses and leave to set in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours.
Finish with some strawberries, blueberries and coulis.
