70 g butter biscuits (e.g. petit-beurre)

A few mint leaves

Roadmap

Take 50 grams of blueberries and warm them up together with the juice of the lemon and the sugar.
Reduce until you have a kind of syrup.
Whip up the cream.
Mix it with the cream cheese and condensed milk. Stir in the rest of the blueberries and pour the mixture into a bowl. Carefully stir in the syrup with a spoon.
Cover and leave to cool in the freezer for 4 hours.
Crumble the biscuits.
Spoon a scoop of ice cream into a bowl and add the crumbled biscuits.
Finish with mint.
