1 tbsp rice oil, sunflower oil or peanut oil

100 g vegan white chocolate

25 g strawberries, diced or crushed

Optional: 1 tbsp vegetable cooking butter

Roadmap

Heat the oil in a saucepan over high heat.
Add the corn kernels.
Put the lid on the pot and wait until the corn begins to roast.
Shake the pot occasionally.
Turn down the heat a little when the corn starts to roast quickly.
Does the roasting stop after a while? Take the pot off the fire and shake it up again.
Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate on a double boiler.
Take it off the fire.
If necessary, add a spoonful of baking butter to get extra tasty popcorn.
Add the strawberry pieces to the chocolate and pour the mixture over the popcorn.
Mix carefully and serve immediately.
