Make the vanilla pudding as directed on the package
Pour into a mixing bowl and cover with plastic wrap so there is no skin on it.
Let the pudding cool down.
Beat the egg with a few drops of water.
Make 4 incisions in the puff pastry.
In the center of the puff pastry, place 1 teaspoon of vanilla custard.
Spread various berries on this.
Fold the four corners inward.
Brush the puff pastry with beaten egg.
Sprinkle a little plain sugar on top.
Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 190-degree oven.
Remove from oven, top with powdered sugar.
