1 tsp baking powder

100 g white sugar

75 g brown sugar

Splash of milk

2 eggs

125 g butter

Pinch of salt

200 g mascarpone

100 g cottage cheese

2 tbsp icing sugar

10 large strawberries

10 raspberries

Roadmap

Heat the oven to 180°C.
Take a mixing bowl and mix the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder together.
Stir in the white and brown sugar.
Add a pinch of salt.
Mix in the eggs, melted butter and melted chocolate.
Pour in a dash of milk and stir until smooth.
Butter and flour the baking tins.
Spoon in the dough. Fill the moulds about 2/3 full.
Bake the muffins for about 25 minutes. Then let them cool down.
Mix the mascarpone with the cottage cheese and the icing sugar until smooth.
Spoon the mascarpone cream onto the muffin. Finish with strawberries and raspberries.
