- Put the frozen mini watermelon cubes in a blender and squeeze the juice of 2 limes over them.
- Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and a splash of water.
- Blend until you have a real slushie. If necessary, you can always add some water to make blending a little easier.
- Divide the slushie between 4 cute appetizer glasses and top with a little mint.
