- When the fruit is frozen, put it in a blender along with the juice of 1 lime and 1 tbsp stevia.
- Adding a splash of water, will make it easier to blend everything. You will probably have to blend the fruit in several batches.
- Then, using a spoon each time, press everything down well.
- When everything is blended until smooth, put the mixture in a container and put it in the freezer for a little while longer until ready to scoop.
