4 plums

500 g strawberries, cherries and all kinds of berries

50 g sugar

4 slices of gingerbread

400 g whole cream cheese

Roadmap

Wash the plums and remove the stones.
Wash the strawberries and remove the crowns.
Wash the cherries and remove the stems and pips.
Wash the berries and remove the stems.
Put some of the plums, strawberries, cherries and berries in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Let this mixture cook for about 10 minutes on low heat.
Then add some sugar to taste (depending on the fruit you are using).
Allow to cool completely.
Drain the remainder of the plums, strawberries, cherries and berries well. If necessary, pat it dry a little if it is too moist.
Cut the plums and strawberries into pieces.
Cut the gingerbread slices into small dice.
Heat a non-stick pan and toast the gingerbread cubes until crisp.
Mix the cottage cheese with some of the fruit coulis (it has already cooled by now).
Ladle the mixture into bowls and pour the rest of the fruit coulis over it.
Top the bowls with the rest of the fried gingerbread cubes.
