- Mix the milk, egg, granulated sugar, baking powder and flour and finally add the sunflower oil.
- Fill the molds and bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
Cream:
- Beat the butter lightly with the powdered sugar.
- Gradually add the mascarpone and finally the jam.
- Put this mixture in a piping bag and pipe a generous tuft on each cupcake.
- Top with a strawberry cut in half.
