2 sheets of gelatin Soak the gelatin in a generous amount of ice water. Squeeze out the soaked gelatin, place in a saucepan and heat gently so that the gelatin will melt.
Mix the yogurt, strawberry puree, granulated sugar and lemon juice. First add a little of the yogurt mixture to the gelatin and mix well until smooth.
Then mix that under the rest of the yogurt mixture and stir well.
Whip the cream. Spatula under the yogurt mixture.
Pour over into a bowl and allow to set in the refrigerator.
Finish: Top with strawberry coulis, tufts of whipped cream and strawberry pieces.
