Cook the rice if you have yet to do so and let it cool completely - as cold rice works best for fried rice.
Meanwhile, cut all the vegetables and get everything ready.
Also cut the steak into thin strips and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Next, heat a dash of sesame oil in a hot pan or wok and fry the steak strips briefly and vigorously until nicely browned.
Remove the meat from the pan and set aside.
If necessary, add some more oil to the pan and fry the onion along with the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Then add the carrot and bell peppers and stir-fry everything for about five minutes until the vegetables are al dente.
Now add the rice to the pan of vegetables and stir well to loosen the rice.
Season with soy sauce, soy sauce and a dash of fish sauce.
Let everything cook for a while and then mix in the fried steak strips again.
While the rice is baking, in another pan heat some sesame oil and fry the bimi over medium-high heat until lightly caramelized and al dente - this takes about five minutes.
Season with some salt or a small splash of soy sauce if necessary.
Finally, fry the fried eggs in a separate pan, just the way you prefer them. With a runny yolk, they are extra delicious with the rice.
Divide the fried rice among the plates, arrange the fried bimi next to it and place a mirror egg on each plate. Finish with a pinch of furikake and some fresh cilantro for that finishing touch.
