Put the strawberries in a saucepan together with the sugar and the juice of 1 lime.
Let the strawberries simmer on a low heat (for about 10-15 minutes).
Puree the strawberries, or blend them if you prefer a smooth jelly-like jam.
Mix the chia seeds with the strawberries.
Pour the jam into a jar. The chia seeds will swell (absorb moisture) and make the jam rise.
