250 g strawberries
White balsamic vinegar
Small bunch of basil (preferably Greek basil)
1 tablet of 100 g white chocolate
Flour Sugar
For the yogurt dip
100 g Greek yoghurt
Juice of 1/2 lime
Zest of 1 lime

Roadmap

  • Spread dessert plates with Greek yogurt.
  • Cut the strawberries into paper-thin slices and arrange them on the plates in the shape of a circle.
  • Carefully drizzle some balsamic vinegar over the strawberries.
  • Pick the tops of the basil and spread them over the carpaccio. If you only have large leaves of basil, cut them into narrow strips and sprinkle them over the strawberries.
  • Using a scraper, pull some fine curls of the white chocolate and sprinkle over the strawberries.
  • Finish with some powdered sugar.
  • For the yogurt dip, mix all the ingredients and serve with the carpaccio.
