1 tbsp butter

Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Put the pan in the oven while preheating so that the pan itself gets well hot.
Make the batter by blending all the ingredients (except the butter) in a blender.
Remove the hot pan from the oven and rub it with the butter.
Pour the batter into the pan, spread some berries on the batter.
Now put the Dutch baby in the oven for about 18-20 minutes.
Season the Greek yogurt with honey.
Remove the Dutch baby from the oven.
Spoon a little Greek yogurt on top.
