-Cut the bell bell pepper into 4, spread them with olive oil and marinate them with all the spices. Roast the bell bell pepper for 20 minutes in the oven at 180°C.
- Gather the following ingredients for the chopper: the chickpeas, a clove of garlic, 4 tbsp tahini, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp lemon juice, a pinch of cumin, a pinch of paprika, a pinch of turmeric, pepper, salt and a good splash of olive oil. Mix this together with 2 ice cubes, these make for an extra smooth hummus.
- When the bell bell pepper is cooked, mix it in with the chopper.
- Spread the hummus over a large plate. Top with olive oil, pomegranate seeds and some chopped parsley.
- Serve with pita buns that you briefly warm in the oven or toast in the toaster beforehand.
