500 g vegetable alternative to yogurt

200 ml vegetable alternative to cream

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp granulated sugar

1 squeezed lime

Roadmap

Mix the strawberries with the balsamic vinegar and sugar. Drizzle the lime juice over the fruit and let it marinate for half an hour.
Keep 1/4 of the strawberries aside. Mix the rest of the ingredients in the blender until smooth. Put this in the refrigerator for half an hour and then turn it into ice cream the with ice cream machine.
Let the ice cream set in the freezer for a few more minutes (no longer than an hour), then serve with the rest of the strawberries.
