Melt the butter.
Mix the yogurt, eggs and melted butter with the dry ingredients until homogeneous.
Finally, add the juice and zest of 1 lemon. This will provide a fresh and summery touch.
Pour the dough into a buttered and floured baking tin.
Bake the cake for about 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 degrees.
Let the cake cool down.
