Season with vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.
Beat everything well so that there are no lumps in the dough.
Let the pan become very hot. Use peanut oil to fry the pancakes.
When the pan is hot, pour in some of the batter. Move your pan back and forth so that the batter is spread all over the pan.
Fry the pancake for 2-3 minutes on one side and then briefly on the other side.
Divide the pancakes among the plates. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Finally, serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and fresh strawberries.
