- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Put the flatbreads in the oven beforehand for 5 min.
- Meanwhile, cut the cherry tomatoes into 4 and marinate them with olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir in a finely pressed clove of garlic and finely chopped basil. Then set the tomatoes aside.
- Mix the pesto under the ricotta until smooth. Spread this over the flatbreads and put them in the oven for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the flatbreads from the oven sprinkle the marinated cherry tomatoes on top. Finish with some arugula and parmesan cheese.
