2 generous tbsp nut butter of your choice (50 g)

1 tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

50 g oat flakes

25 g vegan chocolate, chopped

1 handful walnuts (20 g), coarsely chopped

Roadmap

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cover a baking tray with baking paper.
Crush the banana, strawberries and nut butter in a bowl and add the vanilla extract and salt.
Mix in the oat flakes and also add the chopped chocolate and the walnuts.
Slice the two extra strawberries.
Spoon a spoonful of dough onto the baking tray and make a round, flat shape.
Push a strawberry slice into the middle. Repeat until the dough is finished.
Bake the biscuits for 10 minutes in the middle of the oven until the underside is crispy and golden brown.
Then raise the baking tray slightly and bake the biscuits for 3 to 4 minutes until they are also golden brown and crispy on top.
