Roadmap

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Tear the croissants into pieces and spread them over an oven dish. Sprinkle with blueberries.
Using a mixer, beat the cream cheese, sugar, eggsand vanilla in a bowl until everything is nicely blended.
Gradually add the milk and continue to whisk. Pour the mixture over the croissants with blueberries and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Place the casserole in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes, until golden brown.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired and serve!
