Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water.
Turn down the heat a little and let the gelatine melt in the saucepan.
Divide the mixture into several glasses.
Leave to set in the fridge for at least 3 to 4 hours.
Finish with strawberry coulis and fresh strawberries.
