1 tsp vanilla extract

Roadmap

Lightly mash the Highstraten Blueberries to release some juice.
Heat the Hoogstraten Blueberries very briefly in a saucepan along with the honey and vanilla extract.
Let it cool completely, then gently mix it under the yogurt.
Take a baking sheet and baking paper, spoon 10 to 12 units of the mixture onto it and let them harden in the freezer for several hours.
Melt the dark chocolate au bain marie and dip the frozen yogurt clusters into it, piece by piece. Then place them back on the baking sheet and store in the freezer.
