1 beaten egg

Cut the strawberries into pieces.
Heat the strawberries and blueberries in a saucepan with a knob of butter.
Melt the sugar and the vanilla sugar in the pan.
Cut the puff pastry into squares.
Divide the warm fruit between the 8 pieces of puff pastry.
Fold the flaps closed and press the edges with a fork.
Brush the flaps with a beaten egg and finish with almond flakes.
Bake them for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
