For the chocolate sauce

100 g dark chocolate

5 cl water

35 g sugar

For the chocolate sauce, melt 100 g dark chocolate with 5 cl water, a knob of butter and 35 g sugar in a saucepan.
Cut the banana lengthways. Place it on a plate.
Add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. Divide the strawberries over the plate.
Finely chop the pistachio nuts and sprinkle them over the top. Finally, sprinkle on some chocolate sauce.
