Bake this nicely golden brown in the oven for about 12 minutes
Meanwhile, mix the mascarpone, cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and some lemon zest to a nice smooth cream.
Let the baked puff pastry cool completely and then spread it with the mascarpone cream.
Finally, finish with the mixture of berries.
