175 g self-rising flour

2 eggs

120 ml of milk

125 g sugar

50 g soft butter

50 g groundnut oil

Pinch of salt

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla aroma

For the crumble

75 g pastry flour

40 g melted butter

Pinch of salt

55 g sugar

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees

The dough for the cake:

First we make the dough for the cake, start by mixing the butter, peanut oil and sugar into one in a bowl. Then add the eggs and milk, this again mix together.
Now add the vanilla flavoring and a pinch of salt.
Finally, sift the flour into the bowl and add the baking powder.
Now mix everything together well one last time.

Use a 22cm diameter baking pan that you greased with butter and covered with a layer of flour.
Put the blueberries in another bowl and add 1 tbsp of flour.
Shake the berries so that they are covered with a thin layer of flour.
Spread them over the cake batter.

Finally, the cumble:

Mix all crumble ingredients in a mixing bowl
Knead them into a crumble with your hands and sprinkle over the blueberries.

Bake the cake in the oven for about 60 minutes.
