200 g rhubarb

200 g Hoogstraten Strawberries

3 eggs

150 g butter

200 g pastry flour

100 g sugar

Splash of whole milk

1 bag vanilla sugar

1 tsp baking powder

For the crumble

25 g flour

Pinch of salt

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

35 g almond powder

30 g cold butter

Roadmap

Preheat the oven to 180°C
To make the crumble: knead the flour, almond powder, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and cold butter into a sandy dough (in the meantime, keep the crumble in a cool place).
To make the cake : Mix the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, eggs and melted butter to form a homogeneous dough.
Finally, add a dash of milk and mix it under the dough.
Butter and flour the baking pan and pour in the cake mixture.
Finish with the crumble.
Bake the cake for about 50-60 minutes in the preheated oven.
