100g Greek yogurt

50ml cream (30%)

10 strawberries

4 shortbread cookies

1tl honey

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

50g granulated sugar

few drops of vanilla

filo pastry

icing sugar

Roadmap

Heat the oven to 220°C
Place a sheet of filo pastry on baking paper and put (liberally) powdered sugar on top. Place in the oven for 4 to 5 min to caramelize the filo pastry, but keep a close eye on it because this goes fast.
Mix a container of kiwi berries together with the strawberries. Add the honey and mix together.
Mix the mascarpone with the Greek yogurt, vanilla sugar and the fruit mixture. Add the sugar (possibly some extra to your taste but I think 50 grams is definitely enough) and also add the cream. Mix everything with a mixer for about 1 min.
Finely dice the shortbread cookies and already line the bottom of the glasses. Keep a little to use as a topping. Top with the mascarpone mixture and finish with kiwi berries, the filo pastry and some more shortbread. Enjoy!
